About Improving Communications

Improving Communications was founded in 2003 by Dr. Rich Atkins. His goal was to help people and organizations communicate more effectively. Starting with focused writing services, it soon evolved as client needs grew, leading to the addition of public speaking courses and a broader range of staff development programs designed for professional growth.

Since then, our work has expanded to address the skills that drive success. As a result, we now offer training in leadership, sales, customer service, emotional intelligence, as well as many other staff development areas. We focus our programs on real world application and outcomes.

Strong communication builds stronger teams, boosts morale, and delivers better results. We work with our clients to create training that is relevant and immediately applicable. The goal is to build confidence and strengthen collaboration across teams while improving the way organizations connect with their customers.

We have offices in London and Dublin, enabling us to work with clients across Europe and the United States. As a result, our training combines proven communication techniques with practical solutions that fit the way people do business in different regions.
