John Epstein

In 2000, John Epstein found his life passion when he got involved as an assistant in a communication training class in which he was a participant. A senior facilitator advised him to become a trainer for the organization, and the certification process began.

Over the next several years John conducted six 12-week courses, earning evaluation scores that consistently exceeded global benchmarks. His enthusiasm and expertise led the company’s leaders to ask John to be a coach and mentor to a number of junior instructors.

John’s extensive business-to-business sales experience and certification as a trainer opened the door to Nielsen in 2006. As Director of Internal Learning & Development, he worked closely with the client-facing associates in Nielsen’s US Media business – facilitating sales, negotiation and presentation skills classes, speaking at sales conferences, conducting needs analyses and developing learning curricula, among other duties.

Jen Glantz

Jen Glantz is an author, speaker, and entrepreneur who has a strong passion for helping others express themselves through different media. Jen created the website, The Things I Learned From, in 2010 as a platform to inspire, motivate, and share personal stories with strangers all around the world. Jen teaches a handful of classes at General Assembly in NYC and has been hired as a consultant for companies as big as Google and as small as a two-person start-up. She's a mentor for young women in New York City and a hired speaker for professional conferences around the country. She is the founder of the Bridesmaid for Hire, a business started in 2014 from a viral Craigslist ad. Jen has told the story of starting her business to over 500 press outlets, and continues to serve as a bridesmaid expert for media outlets around the world. Mark Fogel

Mark Fogel’s background includes almost a decade and a half as CHRO at Leviton Manufacturing, The Marcum Group, and The Success Academy charter school network, as well as co-founding Human Capital 3.0, a boutique HR advisory firm. Mark spent his early years at Macy’s and Limited Brands where he moved from Operations to his first roles in Talent Management. Mark has been honored by The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) nationally as their Human Capital Leader of the Year in 2007, and by HR Executive Magazine as an Honor Roll recipient in 2010 and “Best HR Ideas” in 2012. He has also been a recipient of SHRM’s Innovation in a Down Economy award in 2009, Adelphi University’s Teaching Excellence award in 2013, and named one of Long Island’s 50 most influential business leaders by Long Island Business News. His HR teams have garnished numerous national and local awards for HR innovation, wellness, and employee engagement. The Diversity Sensitivity & Awareness workshop was excellent. It provided a unique approach to addressing the topic. The session was interactive, interesting and very informative, leaving participants with a greater understanding of the merits of diversity and an inspiration to continue to broaden that knowledge base.
