We will cover:
- Using calls to action (CTA).
- Speaking in UB4me™, second-person language (YOU) — removing first person (I, me, my).
- Offering Respect, Control, and Options.

The Diversity Sensitivity & Awareness workshop was excellent. It provided a unique approach to addressing the topic.
