Vanessa Miller

Vanessa Miller is a Learning and Development Consultant with extensive experience in instructor-led, virtual, and in person training as well as all facets of the instructional design process. Whether it’s skills training or knowledge transfer, Ms. Miller’s learner centric approach successfully engages participants. She has partnered with many prestigious organizations to deliver and design trainings that are stimulating, impactful and reflective.

She  is a frequent guest presenter at conferences, and workshops where she has delivered on topics such as Communication, Leadership, Empowerment, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Professional Development.

Vanessa is retired from Federal Service with the Transportation Security Administration where as a Training Specialist,  she oversaw the training requirements  for 2000 Transportation Security Officers  at JFK Airport, conducted procedural  audits,  managed 15 Security Instructors,  delivered skills training and recertification testing.

Her hobbies include reading, yoga, and meditation. She currently lives in New York City.
