Event DetailsImproving Communications periodically offers communications skills classes, that are open for public registration. All of the upcoming classes are listed on this page. These classes, whether in-person or online, are fully instructor-led. The classes are interactive and designed to help professionals build confidence and ultimately communicate more effectively.
In our classes, participants practice new skills while receive feedback and learning from the experiences of others. It is this hands-on approach that will help turn concepts into skills. Participants are engaged through discussion, group activities, and practical exercises that support learning and encourage participation.
Classes are available both virtually and in-person to provide flexibility for schedules and learning preferences. In-person programs are currently only offered in New York City. Organizations interested in hosting training in another location are welcome to contact Improving Communications for additional options.
