Negotiating Skills ► Into Action transforms the way participants approach negotiations by emphasizing collaboration and problem-solving. Through practical exercises and interactive discussions, this course helps participants build the confidence and strategies needed to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes they can apply right away.

This dynamic, 8-hour, in-person workshop—led by an experienced instructor—is designed for groups of up to twenty participants. In addition to guided learning, attendees will take part in peer-driven activities that encourage feedback, reflection, and real-world application.

Outcomes – Participants will be able to:

  • Identify their default negotiating style
  • Work more effectively with clients who have different styles
  • Understand the process of collaborative negotiations
  • Prepare strategically for upcoming negotiations
  • Craft agreements that satisfy both party’s underlying interests
