Improving Communications was founded in 2003 by Dr. Rich Atkins with a simple but powerful mission: to help individuals and organizations communicate more effectively. What began as a specialized writing services provider quickly evolved in response to the client needs, branching out into public speaking classes and a full range of staff development programs designed to drive professional growth.
